Joining this website is considered as an agreement between members and IranianDoctorsUAE.com.  New members are considered as the "second party" whereas "IranianDoctorsUAE.com website" as the first party .

1. First Party is a website to promote Iranian medical professionals living in the UAE. In this website every medical professional as a member will have a personal webpage and can share articles and scientific subjects with each other.

2. Membership for this website is absolutely free.

1. Website members will have one page allocated for their name, photo, specialty, contacts, short English (100 words max) Curriculum Vitae free of charge.

2. First party confirms provision an optional email address for each individual member at this website (e.g. drsmith@iraniandoctorsuae.com).

3. Advertising is not free for members or third parties.

4. Each member has the option of upgrading his/her details every three months free of charge.

5. Full responsibility of all the details, information and articles provided by each member is the sole responsibility of the concerned member.

6. First Party reserves the right to accept or refuse any articles submitted for publishing.

1. Editing of articles will be done with prior consent from the author.

7. First party also reserves the right to use the website for any promotional activities that fit suitable in order to promote the website. Of course promotional charges for the members will be negotiable and based on mutual agreement.

8. First Party reserves the right to update the website and the governing terms and conditions as and when required in order to improve the quality of the website.
